The Pittsburgh Penguins posted a 6-3 win over Washington Sunday afternoon at Verizon Center, as the Caps fell to 1-1-0 on the homestand and 2-6-1 overall. The finale of a three-game homestand looms on Tuesday, as the Toronto Maple Leafs come to the District for a 7:00 p.m. faceoff.
