It's been Mike Green's tonight in Raleigh. He's picked up two second period goals. It's Nicklas Backstrom's night as well. He has four assists, all of the primary variety. And Alex Ovechkin has two goals, including his 20th of the year. For good measure, Joel Ward added a short-handed goal in the final minute of the frame. Hear it all here. Caps lead 4-3 in the second at Carolina. Washington looks to put the 'Canes two points in the rear view mirror, with a chance to move within two points of first place of Winnipeg for the Southeast Division lead. We're keeping an eye on the Jets and Islanders in Uniondale tonight.
