Connor Carrick scores his first NHL goal, Caps trail 3-1

It's the Capitals' home opener at the Verizon Center, and the Calgary Flames jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead. But then, in the second period, rookie defenseman Connor Carrick was sprung on a breakaway and deked past goalie Karri Ramo to pull the Caps to within two.
