After a Game 3 loss at Madison Square Garden Monday night and a day off to recharge the batteries Tuesday, the Capitals are back in action tonight. Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals is just around the corner, as Washington looks to take a three games to one lead back to D.C. for Game 5.

I had a chance to catch up with Jay Beagle today in the locker room, to talk about his goal in Game 3, rebounding from a loss here on Monday, and more. Have a listen below. Airtime on the Capitals Radio Network is 7:15 on 106.7 The Fan, WFED-AM 1500 and most Capitals Radio Network affiliates.
